When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form (name, email address and optionally web address), and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Unless you have checked a box to agree, we will not contact you subsequently for marketing purposes other than to respond to your request. If no business offering results from the contact, the data submitted will be deleted from our records no longer than 6 months after submission. If the contact results in a quotation for services being issued we will retain your data for 2 years, after which it will be deleted from our records. If you become a client your data will be retained for up to 10 years after the last transaction in order to meet HMRC requirements.
